Having put a lid on matters, still keep a grip on that lid. Incase it comes free and opens up that can of worms again.
As with all things whom are centre of attention. That focal point never alters, however, the surroundings can change.
Like finding each other from a dark place. Both emerging into the same light to share. Only, to both still have that dark shadow of a look about them.
Sometimes it is not the waving of the white flag that shows surrender. It can be the tight grasp upon that white flag before to wave it that reveals the intent.
Almost as if to know precisely what is about to be opened. Saving it for the right moment as to know its importance when it is revealed. Leaving it up to oneself to say when. This can have others start to doubt themselves.
In the forest; it's time to bury that old dinosaur attitude. Get with the times and live as young as the new generation. Acting as old as the dinosaurs just puts in a lonely place. A place not many find others to be in. Will become a shadow of the past. And are dragging those closest and dearest to down along with.
