Being upon the throne is not having an eye on the ball. To do that they must take time out from what is seen as ruling.
However to take flight it is upon the wind that carries them. Where there's no wind then other means are required to go that extra distance.
Such punishment is taken upon what becomes a distraction for them. Getting in their way from what they need to do are causing a mischief.
Something stirs within their mind, and stirring it is like the simmering pot. Until they find what it is encouraging their thoughts it'll keep stirring.
Letting sleeping dogs lie otherwise will have them barking. Besides, it's an opportunity to greet others and spare a penny for their thoughts.
In the forest; every living thing has its own technique for blending into their own surroundings. A natural skill that brings together what everyone lives for. Whether it's the background to camouflage in, the ability to be upon water, or just simply behaving the same as everyone else around. It's what stands out that has eyes on what goes on around them.
