There is the term 'off the back of a lorry', however. Don't think it implies to mean the back of a dustcart.
Usually, when the finger is being pointed, there is a known occurrence for to start blaming. Honestly, absolutely no one has any idea why or what that finger is being pointed for.
On this occasion, there really is no need to count every grain from the store. Surely there's plenty to go around for what has been accumulated.
It comes as no surprise that the road ahead is clear. Like it's calling to take up it's path. Ask oneself, why is that road now open for all to see.
