Are only in hiding when it becomes apparent someone is looking for them. To all else, they were just carrying on like everyone around.
Problem to find is when there is bigger fish to fry, and then those missing out scream louder to become that bigger still.
With eyes looking straight on yet their direction is sideways. It's almost to be overprotecting themselves with their every move.
Paths crossed, crossroads, choice of direction, all these confusions. And are all brought on because the need of having the freedom and option.
There's a difference between discipline and playing. A child forced to remain sitting hasn't the wider aspect to play. Are they being punished or being treated? So of course they prefer to be somewhere other, a place where they're allowed to use all the space they wish.
In the forest; while they seem to sit on up high looking down at all. They actually have no relation with what goes on. In all honesty, that importance is just them observing to understand what is going on. The latest fads and interests everyone have for them to absorb to acknowledge. Basically, they're watching and learning.
Job Ch.5:V.21 " - Thou shalt be hid from the scourge of the tongue: neither shalt thou be afraid of destruction when it cometh."
