Perhaps the right time is being focused towards by some other means, distracting the real concept in mind by drawing the attention for a latter purpose.
Such a huge effort to put on a big performance when are not seeing for the true perspective that those whom spectate shall see it as.
Quality is not always necessarily the longer term for something but merely just to put on show how good it can look. When it is what you don't see that has the need to hold it all together for longer.
