To man it is just clearing out the overgrowth. For an animal of the wild, that now has no shelter, sense of belonging, everything around it all gone. Left to stand there in the open without any direction.
The theological thought of can lead a horse to water but cannot make it drink it. Also gives that an animal can lead a person to food but will it allow to share it.

As long as everything goes as accordingly for their focused mind. There shouldn't be any surprises along the way. Not that anyone wishes to be seemingly arrogant towards others. But, they are expecting the expected.
In the forest; it's more than just finding the keys to that treasure chest. It opens up the small world to always been wanting. The vast open lands and the surroundings it gives. All the daily routines that everyone lives for. Being a part of the environment and for all it breathes into life. This is no pandoras box where to have no hope, it does give a sense of choice and too good if any.
